Banquet Server

Part-Time / On-Call

Deliver polished, attentive table service at weddings, galas, and corporate events across Sonoma and Wine Country.

Requirements

Prior food service or banquet experience preferred
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to carry trays and stand for extended periods
Reliable transportation to event venues

Bartender

Part-Time / On-Call

Craft cocktails and manage bar service at upscale events. Experience with wine service is a strong plus in our region.

Requirements

Bartending experience required
California RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification or willingness to obtain
Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits
Ability to manage high-volume bar service

Event Captain

Part-Time / On-Call

Lead and coordinate service teams on-site. Ideal for experienced hospitality professionals ready to step into a supervisory role.

Requirements

3+ years of banquet or fine dining experience
Prior supervisory or team lead experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage staff and client expectations simultaneously

Setup & Breakdown Crew

Part-Time / On-Call

Prepare and restore event spaces before and after events. Physical, hands-on work with early morning and late evening availability.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Attention to detail and ability to follow setup diagrams
Punctual and dependable
Early morning and/or late evening availability
